Abstract Anopheles stephensi mosquitoes share urban breeding sites with Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus in the Republic of Djibouti. We present evidence that A. might be responsible for an increase malaria incidence this country. also document resistance Plasmodium falciparum to dihydroartemisinin/piperaquine.
